Customer Support Consultant:

This is a full time position. The Customer Support Consultant will support Acclimate clients and prospective clients in developing and implementing Acclimate solutions, while securing opportunities for Acclimate to deliver ever increasing value to our clients. Incumbent will complete implementation of defined Acclimate solutions and resolve Acclimate client IT problems either on-site or remotely. The incumbent will also generate maps, test them, and obtain customer acceptance. At every opportunity, The Power of Once will be delivered to our clients, while nurturing and improving our relationship with those clients.

Candidates should have experience working with EDI/ERP system operations and protocols. Experience in customer facing IT and/or network systems support is also required. At least two years of relevant technical education and progress towards an Associates or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or the equivalent is a plus.

Successful candidate must be a self starter, aggressive problem solver, and exhibit excellent Interpersonal skills, especially with clients.

Account/Project Manager:

This is a full time senior management position. The primary purpose of this position is to work with and track prospects as they enter the sales funnel as an opportunity and bring them through the funnel to closure as either a closed sale or discontinued activity.

If the result is a closed sale, the incumbent will then manage implementation of the solution, working with the customer (account) and Acclimate resources to complete the project, directing issuance of invoices when appropriate.

Candidates should have some familiarity with EDI/ERP system operations. Experience in customer facing sales and project management is required. Minimum education will include a Bachelor of Science degree in a related field.
