SimplicIT Suite ™
The SimplicIT™ solution enables trading partners to exchange data and
communicate in real-time without requiring third party involvement, a capability
exclusive to Acclimate. Our proprietary solutions use an innovative modular
approach designed to reduce costs while easily integrating data exchange into your
business systems. Each module can be used as a stand-alone solution or can
be integrated with other modules to supplement your existing systems. SimplicIT™ features
built-in systems for reporting, remote monitoring, remote maintenance, and
automated remote upgrades.
Data Exchange Translator
The SimplicIT™ Data Exchange Translator enables you to exchange data and share documents with ease. Whatever your communication environment - within a multiple location business, business-to-business, with trading partners, with supply chain vendors, or with your customers - the SimplicIT™ Data Exchange Translator converts transactions into standardized electronic files and integrates them into your enterprise software solution. Remote monitoring keeps downtime to a minimum and Acclimate's support services are designed to offer options that best fit your needs.
SimplicIT™ Data Exchange Translator provides:
- Support for all data exchange, EDIFACT, and XML versions
- Support for multiple ERP systems including Intuitive, SysPro, Made2Manage, SAP, QAD, Stelplan, EStelplan, and many others
- Automatic addition of new or unknown TP IDs
- Simple reports and reconciliation of 997s
- Document-based trading partners
(Each document can be configured separately from other documents of same trading partner)
- Self-monitoring to alert Acclimate support if critical errors occur
- Configurable viewing of important information in a stock ticker-like view
- Easy remote viewing of logs and tracking information as well as setup of Xref tables and custom application access
- Tracking that can be configured for any data exchange information on a per-document basis
Hosted SimplicIT™ Data Exchange Translator:
The Hosted SimplicIT Data Exchange Translator™ is ideal for companies with lower transaction volumes.
The Hosted SimplicIT™ translator provides the complete capabilities of SimplicIT, but is hosted remotely rather than at your site. If you are conducting less than 500 transactions per month, this low cost option may be the ideal solution for your automated data exchange requirements.
ERP Integration: Works with Any Platform
The SimplicIT™ translator converts transactions into standardized electronic files enabling integration with virtually any ERP, WMS, or accounting system. Many different ERP systems are operationally integrated with the SimplicIT™ data exchange solution. By separating the trading partner data from the business system, SimplicIT™ is integrated efficiently and cost effectively by reducing the time and activity required to design trading partner kits, with the savings being passed on to you.
Another benefit of our unique integration approach is that you can easily upgrade your existing enterprise system to new releases or migrate to a new enterprise solution without having to re-implement your EDI solution. This benefit offers huge cost savings over the years and gives you great flexibility in terms of the enterprise solutions you choose to implement.

Shipping Module
Clients use our shipping module to create advance shipment notifications
using data collection, keyboard data entry, and other entry tools. Our
data screens can be customized tomeet your individual needs. This means non-IT personnel can adapt quickly to a new
implementation, increasing productivity and decreasing data entry errors. The shipping module:
- Is integrated with SimplicIT™ data exchange translator
- Provides handheld-scanner capability
- Will create and print bar-code labels
- Will create Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs)
- Will easily track shipments from order to delivery
Bar-Coding Module
To save you time and hassle, SimplicIT software clients can purchase bar-code labels, bar-code printing hardware, scanners, and data collection devices directly from Acclimate.
Remote Service Module
The Remote Service Module provides automated remote support for the SimplicIT™ Software Suite by monitoring application files and logs for anomalies and errors. If an error is detected, the module automatically initiates a remote service call to Acclimate. Remote desktop support allows you to focus on the mission-critical aspects of your business without worrying about EDI system anomolies.
Remote Backup Module
The Remote BackUp Module provides automated remote data backup of your data exchange and SimplicIT™ data. The SimplicIT™ Remote Backup module:
- Stores SimplicIT™ data remotely on our servers
- Provides security by encrypting data before sending
- Benefits companies that have had custom applications and modifications to their ERP systems
- Reduces costs by eliminating the need to hire consultants to install and re-implement custom changes, as the backup bridge will restore to any previous backed-up state
- Allows for easy restoration of data by non-IT personnel
- Supplements current disaster recovery plans
- Accesses multiple backup states to prevent data corruption
